		<description>Blogging is a publication, much like any other form of publication, with one very important difference - the barriers to entry into this &#039;industry&#039; are quite a bit easier to overcome than in print publishing.  We as bloggers should be accountable for anything that we post, the big problem being that because the barriers to entry are so low, almost anyone can &quot;blog&quot;.  Some people will post responsbly and some will not. Caveat Emptor applies.</description>
